Our three-stage process
We work with you to determine:
- What your organisation requires from coaches in terms of Credibility, Capability and Chemistry. Our aim is to ensure that the panel of coaches will be credible partners for your coachees, that they are able to deliver the changes required and there is sufficient diversity to provide a good match for all your executives.
- What evidence you require for each of the elements of the specification, and further information to enable an effective matching process. This will enable us to design a selection process that will deliver a coaching faculty that will quality assure the faculty and generate useful data for matching.
- What role you want to play in the selection process.
We source coaches that meet the specification following an agreed process that includes:
- Application form
- Telephone interview
- References
This can be delivered by Acuity, a combination of us and the client or all by the client. Typical components include:
