Head of Quality Assurance
Jeannette joined Acuity as Head of Quality Assurance in 2010. She is responsible for developing, establishing and implementing a quality assurance framework to ensure we understand what results we are getting and feeding this back to our clients. With more than twenty years experience in working with key organisations, both in senior management and as an accredited coach, she liaises, follows up and obtains vital feedback from clients about their coaching experience.
A strong communicator, Jeannette is confident when dealing with people at all levels. She has the ability to assess, understand and appreciate the key elements that enable clients to articulate the impact that coaching has had on their role, team, department and organisation.
